Tracking digital statistics across platforms has become a popular trend, with Spotify Wrapped leading the way. Drawing inspiration from this, we developed a 'Year in Review' email to showcase each member’s personalized fitness stats on the iFIT platform. This approach highlights their achievements and progress in a way that’s both engaging and motivating.

BRIEF
Create an engaging, data-driven email to summarize and celebrate members’ yearly progress with iFIT, making the data both visually compelling and personalized.
Because all text in the email must remain live, visual elements need to complement rather than interfere with the text, balancing clarity with a striking visual style.
Project Goal
Encourage members to stay committed to their fitness journeys by celebrating their achievements and inspiring further progress. Engage members with personalized data to spark excitement and prompt sharing on social media, especially those looking for a fresh start or additional motivation to use the platform.

With multiple data points to showcase, how can we deliver a comprehensive view of each member’s stats while maintaining excitement and motivation?

Last year, many members shared the email through screenshots, creating a flood of images. Is there a way to streamline the data into one or two highly shareable, mobile-friendly visuals to encourage cohesive social engagement?

Although this design wasn't selected for the final campaign, it served as a valuable creative exercise, allowing me to explore a fresh approach beyond my previous work with iFIT.
To address the brief's requirement for the majority of text to remain live, I developed three versions of the email. These ranged from a highly creative and visually intense concept to a more streamlined, email-compliant design that balanced creativity with technical limitations.
